Here's McCain suggesting that Bush spend a trillion dollars without the approval of congress. That would be the largest expenditure in the nation's history. It calls into question McCain's view of the Unitary Executive where the neocons believe all power is vested in the president. If we're going to sacrifice over 4,000 of our young men and women and countless thousands of other innocent people to defend democracy, we should not be acting like a dictatorship at home.
