McCain is the Darth Vader of Politics

Just imagine McCain winning this election on November 4, then trying to slither out of the primordial ooze that he's been wallowing in for the last few weeks and evolve into a high-minded leader who can make a stirring inaugural address on January 20, that will appeal to the better parts of our nature. If the last week is any indication of McCain's constituency, the audience will be carrying pitchforks, baseball bats and torches, yelling "Death to Iran." He's becoming the Darth Vader of politics. He will represent the dark side of America along with Cruella Deville. So far, Obama is not allowing McCain and Palin to pull him into the ooze with them. I hope this is a winning strategy. We need to be cleansed on January 20.
